100% Nebbiola da Barolo Grapes This wine is made from grapes gathered in October and are placed in cellar in red wooden cases. The fermentation takes place in steel vessels at the temperature of 28-30oC then the Barolo is moved to barriques where it will remain for two years. It has a red ruby color with shades that are full and intense. On the nose, this is a fruity wine: raspberry, vanilla, and cherry stand out among the variety of notes. It should be served in a wide crystal glass at a temperature of 18oC. Decantation is suggested two hours before serving to bring out its qualities. This wine is best paired with stewed red meat, game meat, and aged cheese. *Packaging may vary.
