Norton Cabernet Sauvognon Barrel Select 750ML

The fruit characteristics of the wine, such its freshness and sweetness, are expressed in the Barrel Select Line in addition to the smokey oak notes that deepen the wine's complexity. To achieve this, some of the wine is aged in French oak barrels and blended with stainless steel-aged wines. As a result, a subtle harmony between fruit and oak is achieved, allowing the toasted notes of the wood to mingle with the flavors and smells of each mix. Before mixing, 50% of the Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in French oak barrels.
